Endurance Auto Repair and Tire

My car was serviced here twice (electrical issues with passenger door and malfunctioning AC/ Heat). I can’t explain how professional, QUICK, responsive, and affordable their services are! They even made a check up call to ensure my car was running smoothly. Definitely my top choice here in the Hill City!

It's such a relief to know we can take a vehicle to a business that doesn't want to scam people. Endurance did an excellent job on a new head gasket for our 2004 Honda Civic. They were so patient with all of our many questions. My husband is a former mechanic (and a mechanic always, really, even if unofficially) and everyone listened to his concerns and were incredibly flexible with us all the way around. Very knowledgeable as well. One mechanic even had personal experience with that era of Civic and was able to share knowledge and insights with us that we hadn't researched. Highly recommend! ETA: I LOVE the feature where they give you access to a dashboard of sorts that shows your car when it came in, details everything that was done, and lets you know any other areas you may want to consider repairing. I have never had a shop offer that kind of detail before. So helpful.

They did a great job on my car! I really appreciated how much they communicated about what they were doing to my car, the parts needed, and even how some things worked. As a college student that knows nothing about cars I felt like they were being honest and to the point about what things mattered. They called and texted me answers to my questions and updates about the car. I recommend them!

We were recommended this shop for an electrical issue with our AC on a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica (the AC compressor kept blowing the fuse). Since it was coming into cooler weather and we didn't need the AC we decided to wait. Well as our luck would have it, the heat stopped working and we found out the radiator needed to be replaced. We took it back to them to have the electrical issue fixed and the radiator replaced and get it all done at one time. The radiator work was done almost immediately but they had issues with the electrical. They wanted to hang on to the vehicle so they could continue to try and fix it. They gave us a loaner car while they were working on it. This was late December - so far so good, right? My husband drove by the shop on his way to work every week. For weeks the car sat and sat - never moved. He would call. Sometimes they said they'd work on it and sometimes we couldn't get any answer about when they'd be finished. Months passed - winter became spring. Warm weather was approaching. AC was going to be needed. Finally they said they couldn't fix the electrical issue/AC and we needed to pay for the radiator - to the tune of $3k and still no AC. Out of

I went to Endurance Auto to have my tire pressure sensors looked at, turns out it’s something I need a dealership for. They were kind and said they gave me half off my bill as they were unable to fix it. Staff was friendly, especially Buddy. The reason I gave them a 2 star review is because I was told to drop my car off “for the day” on Friday. I found them through carmax, so I live over an hour away. When I dropped my car off, they told me they’d call later in the day with diagnostics. I never received a phone call. Around 3pm I was getting ready to check in with them and realized they close 2:30pm on Fridays. My fault for not checking the time, but very poor communication on their end after being told they would reach out. I was left stranded without a vehicle over an hour away from home, and also had to find alternative ways to get to work that weekend. I brought this up to them when they called on Monday and all I was told was, they were sorry and could have figured something out if they’d known…. They would have known if they communicated well. Very frustrating.
